I have registered an account, but cannot login because it says my account has not been 'activated'. What do I do?
Each new account will be sent an activation link in a confirmation email. This is to ensure the person who entered the email address is the owner of that address, and to reduce the amount of spam we receive (darn those web-trawling robots!).
If you still can’t find it, please contact us via email with the email address you provided at registration (this will confirm that you are the owner of this address). We can then manually verify your account and you can log in.
The account activation link in my email doesn't work. What do I do?
We get tonnes of spammy accounts generated every day. Every once in a while, I will delete all the unactivated accounts. It’s possible that I have deleted your account before you activated it with the link sent to the email address you provided. If by chance you are human (hello!), please register again and we’ll send you another activation link.
In what format are your printable files?
All our printables (freebie and premium) are available in PDF format. They are high-resolution and ready for you to print at home on your inkjet or laser printer, or at your local print shop.
You will find specific printing and/or cutting instructions with the post or product.

How do I download my customised purchase?
After you make your personalised purchase, the status of the order will be set to ‘processing’ while we make your custom piece. When the file is ready, we will add a downloadable product to your order, and change the status to ‘complete’. You will receive an email notifying you of the status update, and it will contain a direct link for you to download your file.
You can also download your file by logging into your account on the My Account page — there will be a link to your file under ‘Available Downloads’ and in your order, also found on your My Account page.
What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email after placing an order?
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing an order. You will also receive an email when the status of your order changes from ‘processing’ to ‘complete’ (approximately 2 working days after order placement), and will contain a direct link for you to download your custom file.
If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk folder. If you still can’t find it, don’t panic — you can access all your order details, plus your download link by logging into your account on the My Account page.

I have a Canon 5D Mark II with a EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM lens, which is a great all-rounder multi-purpose lens. I’m dreaming of the day I can add the Canon EF 85mm f/1.2L II USM lens to my collection, but sadly, that day is not today!
