Shipping
With DIY printables, there is no shipping fee. All personalised artwork files are available to download from your My Account page. Please ensure the email you supply upon registration/checkout is correct. If you fail to receive an email from me, please check your email spam folder in case my email has landed there.
Refunds and Exchanges
My products are printable goods only. No physical product will be shipped to your address. The product fee includes the cost of my time to design the original artwork, plus the cost of my time to update it with details supplied by you. As such, no refunds can be made after the artwork file has been sent to your email. If you change your mind before artwork customisation commences and before the file is sent to you, I am more than happy to provide a full refund.
Please check all supplied details and spelling at checkout. For the Love of George cannot be held responsible for any errors made by you, the client. If you require any amendments after your file has been sent, a charge of AU$5.00 is applicable for each round of changes. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please email me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
Communication
I normally respond to emails within 24 hours, however once in while, I may accidentally overlook and not reply. I apologise if this happens to you. Please give me a nudge and send me a follow up email.
Customisation
If you spot a design you love, but need it tweaked here and there (such as colour, or wording), feel free to contact me for a quote. Give me as much detail as you can in your brief so that I can provide you with an accurate estimate.
How to DIY
All printable products are sent as non-editable, password-protected PDF files. These files have been optimised for home or office digital printing, such as an inkjet or laser printer (not offset or letterpress printing). The document size is A4, with an 8mm border on top and sides, and 15mm border on the bottom, which will suit most inkjet or laser home or office printer. Different paper stocks will produce different results, and colours will vary from screen-to-screen and printer-to-printer, so I suggest you test print a page before running a whole batch.
I recommend printing on thick paper or cardstock — most printers can handle up to 250-300gsm, but please check your user guide before commencing. Cutting out the design is easy — all you need is a sharp cutting knife (such as a scalpel or stanley knife), a metal ruler and a cutting mat. Trim marks are provided so that you know where to cut.
